Single Ply II

Aluminum bolt-down bracket and 6"x8" galvanneal steel baseplate mount for 2-Pipe Fence-Style snow guard systems mounted on single ply membrane roofs.

Single Ply 2-Pipe Fence-Style Bolt-Down snow retention systems are comprised of two base components:

• 2-Pipe Upright Bracket -- 6” tall, mill finish or powder coated aluminum. Fastened to a required Single Ply Baseplate (sold separately).
   
• Single Ply Baseplate -- 6” x 8” x 1/8” galvanneal steel. Used on membrane roofs, requires a target patch (not included) placed over the baseplate to seal the system.
  • Fastens to metal decking with five(5) #15 x 3" XHD fasteners (Customer to source own)
  • Fastens to wood decking with five(5) #14 x 2.5" CTX construction lag screws (sold separately)

Roof Mounting Method:

• Baseplate fastens into roof deck or sub-structure.
• Flashing membrane is applied over the baseplate with upright bolts exposed.
• Upright is attached to exposed baseplate bolts, ensuring a watertight seal.
